Erin K. Bishop, M.A.

Owner and Principal Consultant, WOBA Consulting

Erin is the owner and principal consultant of WOBA Consulting, a firm specializing in administrative infrastructure, human resources strategy, and organizational systems consulting. She partners with executives, boards, and leadership teams to strengthen the internal frameworks that allow mission-driven organizations and businesses to scale with integrity and clarity.

A skilled facilitator and educator, Erin trains teams in emotional intelligence, communication, and nervous-system regulation to foster workplace environments that support focus, collaboration, and innovation.

With more than a decade of consulting experience, Erin has guided leaders through periods of growth, transition, and cultural change—helping them align people, purpose, and process.

Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University and a Master’s degree in Integrative Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.

Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable success begins with emotionally intelligent leadership and well-designed systems—two forces that, when integrated, create organizations capable of lasting impact.
